Objective: To equip the farm team with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective succession planning, ensuring the farm’s legacy and success for future generations.
This training program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of succession planning at all levels. It aims to prepare the farm in minimizing disruption and loss of knowledge in the event of personnel changes and/or loss of management.
